Mama Hattie Evelyn's 8 Week Transformation

The breakthrough is serious! My energy level shooting up is one thing, but me being motivated and inspired again is everything!! I booked my ticket to Liberia, for July. After 32 years, I'm finally going back home. I'm more present with my children, I'm writing songs like crazy, and started putting myself out there again. Hosting a weekly event, while my band has gigs scheduled. I'm so proud of myself for listening to my body and following through. I'm so grateful the ancestors revealed to me that you would be the one to lead me into this massive breakthrough. I can't say enough how thankful I am. 🙏🏿❤️

Feeling stagnant? Move, then! Sounds simple enough, but if you’ve ever been caught in a funk and aware of it, it takes work to pull yourself out. 

I found myself in this space long enough for my head voice to scream “DO SOMETHING!”

Someone told me: black don’t crack on the outside, but it does on the Inside. I was annoyed by that, but that shit resonated. I tell people, I may look 20 something all I want, but my body feels exactly the age I am. 

Then I saw a meme that said, “you’re not getting old you just need to stretch.” I took that to heart and started my New Years resolution in November of 2022. I figured I’ll be setting myself up for success if I got a head start. My resolution? Simply to get more in my body. Starting with stretching every day and letting oxygen flow. Once I started to get some consistency, I thought how can I challenge myself even more? 

So, I’m scrolling on Facebook one day and I see a post from Madam CJ that said something to this effect: Do you want to turn yourself into a sex kitten?

Sexy anything is not my thing. Lol Normally I would just scroll by a post like that, but something compelled my to stop and engage. Long story short, I signed up for some private, Liquid Motion classes with Madam CJ, soon after I saw that post. 

What started as a way to push myself out of my comfort zone, resulted in opening me up in ways that carried over in my everyday life. Being skilled at something is one thing, being able to relate that something to a novice like me, is a gift. Madam CJ has the gift to teach without judgement, meet you where you are, and I can attest to being transformed from timidity in my sexiness to confidence and presence in my body. 

I was looking to just get into the habit of moving my body, but these liquid motion classes shifted me out of stagnation and boosted my momentum in my over all daily life. 

Madam CJ, I’m so grateful. You held space for accountability and allowed me to show up for myself. You were my hydration accountability partner and suggested ways to get my iron levels up! (My energy level is crazy!) 

When you demonstrated that sexy chair routine, I could not imagine ever that I’d be tucking and tilting and crawling all over the floor with ease! But here I am, 8 classes later, a sex kitten ;)

Lemongrass Soap

my DAILY use of the goats milk/lemongrass soap has COMPLETELY smoothed out/practically erased a would-be scar [from a bump of some sort i inadvertently scratched, on the right-side of my face]!! i SWEAR by the way the soaps & the body butters make my skin feel!!✨️ i HIGHLY recommend these products!! ~ ❤️ ~Ngaines

Aloe Soap

Thank you, Madam CJ, for making a soap that works for my skin. Since I’ve been getting older, I’ve developed eczema, and this is the only soap that clears it. I’m grateful I know no have to scratch the dry patches of my itchy skin. -Quinstarr

Mint Whipped Body Butter

Mint Goats Milk Bath Soak

Bathing for me is an entire spiritual cleansing experience. This is why I love adding the goats milk mint bath soak to my bath. Rose Goatsmilk Body Scrub

Wow! The Rose Goatsmilk Body Scrub smells sooo good and works so well! I absolutely LOVE the foaming that it gives! The foaming nature of this scrub is the best part as it makes the scrub feel so luxurious! The exfoliating bag that it comes with feels great and adds to the scrub product and experience itself. And a little goes a long way. Definitely buying more of this product and keeping it on the shelf for both my bath and shower experience when a good weekly scrub is needed.
