Your June Seasonal Shopping List: Eat Fresh. Glow Local.
Hey there Divine One,
Did you know that buying local seasonal fruits and veggies is one of the most magical ways to care for your health, the planet, and your community, all at once?
When you support local farmers, you create good karma for your womb and your world. Local produce travels shorter distances, which means more nutrients, less waste, and a lot more glow in your system. I first learned this truth back in 2003 when I helped open the Whole Foods on Ponce de Leon in ATL, and that lesson has stayed with me ever since.
✨ Buying local is resistance. It’s rest. It’s reclamation.
